This book documents the artistic work of Roland Pulfer, whose working materials are nails with historical provenance. The resulting images are reminiscent of hieroglyphics and musical notes. The embossed, raw book cover contrasts with the thin paper containing quotes from the artist, while the visible thread stitching and rust colour emphasise the material and craftsmanship.
