The new headquarters of the Christoph Merian Stiftung by Herzog & de Meuron impresses with its interplay of different types of wood – beech, larch, spruce, oak and silver fir. The signs to the toilets are made of spruce and oak, as are the walls and floors. The slits in the slatted wall surfaces are used to attach them.
